The specifications are withdrawn at the level of the Vice-Rectorate for Development, Foresight and Guidance located at 22 Abiayad Abdelkrim Street, after the payment of 2000,00 DA at the level of the accounting officer of the university Aboubek belkaïd of Tlemcen.

The deadline for submission of tenders is 12 May 2017 before noon.
